青年农民工家庭教育现状调查与行动研究

在外来人口的重要聚集地——上海青浦区问卷调查的基础上,从青年农民工年龄、文化程度、收入情况等基本特征以及他们所持的成才观、教子观、儿童观和亲子观等重要家庭教育观念,进行了多维度的分析,探讨和总结了青年农民工家庭教育的特点和影响因素。通过对外来人口集中的学校进行入户访谈、教师访谈,确定了家庭教育指导常见且重要的问题,并开展行动研究,提出了旨在提升青年农民工家庭教育水平和能力的对策建议。

Investigation and Action Research on Young Migrant Workers' Family Education

Low education degree and poor social support lead to the young migrant workers’ too high expectation for their children.However,because of lack of effective guidance and assistant,strict discipline is harmful to parent-child relationship,family harmony,and mental health of the children,and even causes a series of social problems.Based on the questionnaire survey in Shanghai Qingpu District,this article analyzes the young migrant workers’ family education characteristics and influencing factors.Moreover,we have an action research around the important and common topics of the young migrant workers’ family education through the interview of families and teachers.Finally,it offers corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
