| 摘 要： | 中国共产党十七届六中全会通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》。文化体制改革,加快文化产业发展,已迫在眉睫。在新形势下,高校期刊必须解放思想,转变观念,抓住机遇,乘势而上,加快管理体制和生产经营机制改革,坚持把社会效益放在首位,坚持社会效益和经济效益有机统一,实现高校期刊的繁荣发展。

| Abstract: | The Seventeenth Session of the 6th CCP Plenary Conferences of Communist Party adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee to Deepen Cultural System Restructuring and Promote Social Cultural Development and Prosperity for Some Major Issues.The cultural system reform becomes an important driving force to accelerate the development of cultural industries.College journals in the new situation must change to seize the opportunity for development by taking social interests to the first position,and adhering to the unity of social and economic benefits.Only in this way,can we expect for the prosperity of the development of university journals. |
