| 摘 要： | 任何一种发展观都有自己的发展主体问题,发展观主体的界定决定着一种发展观的本质。科学发展观改变了传统发展观的思维模式,把发展的主体赋予了人。首先,人是科学发展的目的,发展是为了人,是为了人的全面自由发展。其次,科学发展观尊重人的创造性,用人自身的发展来衡量社会经济的发展。再次,人还是发展的动力来源,是科学发展观的动力主体。最后,人在实践中的行为和决断决定着发展,人在发展中起着主导作用。因此,人也要为发展的走向和后果承担责任。

| Abstract: | Any kind of development outlook has its own development subject, and the choice of development subject determines the essence of a development outlook. The Scientific outlook on development has changed the thinking mode of the traditional development, believing that the person is the real subject of development. Firstly, the man is the purpose subject of development. Secondly, the man is the value subject of development. Thirdly, the man is the power subject of development. Finally, the man plays an important part in the development. Therefore the man should take responsibility for the direction and the consequences of development. |
