| 摘 要： | 村民自治是社会主义民主法治的重要体现,而民族地区村落的自治问题,关系到农牧区和谐社区与集体的构建,农牧民对社会主义民主的享有,民族地区社会的稳定和经济繁荣。本文从民族地区村落自治的特点和存在的问题人手,就新时期如何推进村落自治提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | The villagers’ autonomy is an important reflection for socialist democracy and the rule of law,especially the villagers’ autonomy in minority areas,which has relation with farmers and herdsmen to enjoy the socialist democracy,the social stability and economic prosperity in minority regions.According to the significance of carrying out the villagers’ autonomy and the existing problem,this article puts forward several suggestions on how to promote the villagers’ autonomy in minority areas in the new period. |
