我国女大学生就业弱势的多视角分析

自1999年以来,高校不断扩招,随之而来的就是大量的毕业生涌人就业市场。据统计。2001年到2010年的10年间,毕业生人数增加了5倍之多,特别是2008年以来,在金融危机的冲击下,大学生就业难的问题进一步凸显。大学生就业问题作为一种新出现而又十分突出的矛盾,又衍生出女大学生的就业弱势问题。消除就业中的性别歧视,帮助女大学生解决就业难的问题是需要国家、企业、学校、女大学生个人共同努力才能解决的社会突出问题。

Multi-angled Analysis of the Weakness of Female College Students' Employment in China

Since 1999,with the expansion of the enrollment in the colleges and universities,a large number of the graduates stream into the employment market.According to the statistics,the number of the graduates increased five times in the 10 years from 2001 to 2010,especially since 2008,the problem of employment difficulty of the college students under the impact of the financial crisis has further highlighted.As a new and very prominent contradiction,the problem of the college students’ employment derived the problem of the disadvantage of female college students’ employment.It is social outstanding problem to help the female college students to solve the problem of employment difficulty,which can be solved only by joint efforts of the nation,enterprises,schools and the female college students.
