民间组织培育和发展中的供需矛盾分析——从普通民众对民间组织及其服务的接纳与需求视角出发的探讨

民间组织是建构和谐社会的一支必不可少的力量。普通民众是民间组织的存在基础、发展源泉。从普通民众对民间组织及其服务的接纳与需求视角出发，探讨民间组织培育和发展过程中存在的供需矛盾，是十分必要的。当前民间组织培育和发展过程中，普通民众对民间组织及其服务的接纳与需求和民间组织提供的服务之间存在一定的供需矛盾。这种供需矛盾是多元的、多层次的。文章在深入分析这种供需矛盾的基础上，提出要正视矛盾，培育与发展多元的民间组织，规范与健全民间组织的管理与监督，加强宣传，营造良好社会氛围，从而促进民间组织的培育和发展。

Analysis of the Contradiction between Supply and Demand from Nurture and Development of NGOs——From the Ordinary People of Non-Governmental Organizations and Their Acceptance and Demand for Services of Perspective

NGO is an indispensable force in construction of harmonious society.Nowadays,the studies of NGO have a big limitation,which ingore ordinary people's admition and demand for NGO.This paper points out the limitation and analyzes the problems existing in the developmentof NGO viewing from the ordinary People's admition and demand for NGO.And at last puts forward some suggestions on how to accelerate the development of NGO.
