贸易自由化与劳工权益保护的冲突与协调

贸易自由化是WTO的一个根本原则,劳工权益保护是一个基本的人权问题,双方的冲突由来已久。劳工权益保护的价值要高于贸易自由化的价值,但要反对以劳工权益保护为名实行贸易保护主义。中国是WTO的成员国,也是国际劳工组织的创始国之一,应当在协调贸易自由化与劳工权益保护的冲突中发挥积极的作用。

Trade liberalization is a fundamental principle of WTO.Labor rights protection is a fundamental human rights issue.The conflictbetween them has been in a long time.The value of labor rights protectionis higherthan the value of trade liberalization,but we should oppose the trade protectionism in the name oflabor rights protection.China is a WTO member,and is also a founding member of the ILO,so it should play an active role in resolvingthe conflict between trade liberalization and labor rights protection.
