| 摘 要： | 试图在真实的创业环境中探索创业企业的风险承担行为特征，发现创业者不是赌徒，他们在可承受损失的范围内大胆尝试；创业者在小范围试点过程中通过不断校正进行风险控制；这种校正所采用的即兴而作来自面向市场的快速行动和与利益相关者的信息共享。

| Abstract: | We try to explore the characteristics of entrepreneur's risk-taking behaviors in real entrepreneurial environment. The conclusions are: i) entrepreneurs are not gamblers and they make bold attempts within the limit of affordable loss; ii) they modify continuously during pilot to control the risk; iii) these modifications are improvisation from the market-oriented quick action and information sharing of stakeholders. |
