| 摘 要： | 科学技术的发展使得高等职业教育的地位和作用更加凸显，各国都显现出重视高等职业教育、发展高等职业教育的趋势。国外的产学合作大体上可以分为以德国“双元制”为代表的、以企业为主的产学结合模式和以美国合作制为代表的、以学校为主的产学结合模式两大类。建立具有自身特色的多样化产学合作模式，健全产学合作法规，发挥行业协会中介组织的积极作用，是我国当前产学合作的重要路径选择。
