| Abstract: | Shortage of funds and difficulty of financing are the main problems that restrict the development of medium small enterprises. Analyzing the causes of funds shortage, and introducing the experience of foreign countries, the solutions and developing strategies are suggested, such as, founding the management institution for the medium small enterprises, strengthening the laws and regulations, founding the financing institutions for medium small enterprises, creating the financing medium to improve conditions for medium small enterprises to collect funds. |
