| 摘 要： | 地方院校新闻学专业要想提高就业竞争力，应从实际出发，根据专业本身的特点及其可能发展趋势，以应用型为定位基点，更新教育理念，加快专业课程设置的调整，加强师资队伍培养，重视实践和实习教学，形成既有扎实专业基础，又有多个方向扩展的培养模式，从而办出地方院校新闻学专业的特色。

| Abstract: | The challenging power of training undergraduates majoring in journalism in a minority nationality area can only be promoted by:starting from the reality of running the major,according to our own strong points and developing tendency,training students suitable for the society;constant refreshing our ideas in education;quickening the pace of establishment of regulation and courses;strengthening teachers training;combining theory with practice so as to lay solid foundation in basic specialty education,with multi-developing directions and our own characteristics. |
