| 摘 要： | 学术论著是学术创新的承载者。“言人未言”与“言而有信”是由学术论著创新性本质规定的写作要求与人格要求。科学研究始于问题，学术问题产生于研究者对已有理论之间以及已有理论与实践现象之间矛盾的发现。学术问题在科学理论结构中所处的位置离根本理论越近，创新力度越大，学术质量越高。批判建构式研究方式乃是与学术创新本质相吻合的创新性研究方式。
