中国文化软实力综合评价体系研究

进入新世纪,文化软实力在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用越来越突出,提高文化软实力有着迫切而深远的重大意义。要发挥中国文化软实力,就要有效整合和开发中国丰富的文化软实力资源,就需要对中国的文化软实力资源进行调查、统计和评估,根据评估结果挖掘有吸引力、影响力、仿效力的文化软实力资源,有的放矢地制定提高文化软实力的政策和战略。在建立文化软实力综合评价和分析模型时,需要同时兼顾指标筛选的原则、确立指标权重的原则、定性与定量相结合的原则等。在此基础之上,建立起文化软实力综合评价体系的理论模型,将文化软实力分为文化凝聚力、文化吸引力、文化创新力、文化整合力和文化辐射力等五个组成部分。
