| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的完善,我国就业与工资制度也发生了深刻的变化,劳动者自主择业、自主创业、城乡劳动者平等就业制度和以按劳分配为主体、多种分配方式并存的分配制度,已是社会主义市场经济劳动制度的必然要求.废除就业"终身制"、打破"铁饭碗"、引入竞争机制、实行合同制和绩效工资制已成为一种共识,砸了"铁饭碗"才有"金饭碗"的思想观念已深入人心.笔者认为,这一观念转变的关键在于我国产权制度的变革,本文涤劳动制度与产权制度的内在关联入手.论述打破"铁饭碗"重建我国劳动产权制度的路径,为完善我国劳动产权制度提供理论借鉴.
