| Abstract: | Market economy is established on the basis of the credit relationship,which influences and restricts the formation and development of market transactions.Credit is a type of social capital among the essential elements of market.Market transactions especially depend on credit mechanism,trading rules and market order.With the specific and unique functions,credit mechanism and credit relationship show great effects on regulating the order of economic operation and promoting the development of market economy. |
