| 摘 要： | 当前,研究性教学模式在高校的各个学科中均有采用,并且取得了一定成果。刑法学专题研究性教学模式也是法学专业在此领域的一个积极尝试,文章主要从刑法学专题研究性教学模式的实践背景、理论和现实依据以及具体形式探索和运行效果等四个方面进行阐述,对刑法学的教学模式提出看法和建议。

| Abstract: | Currently,research oriented model is adopted in various disciplines by colleges and universities,which has made good achievements.Research oriented model in criminal law is a positive attempt ion in the area of criminal law.This article,mainly from the following four aspects,explains the provided ideas and suggestions in research oriented model in criminal law: the background of practice,theory and basis,forms of exploration and effectiveness of operation. |
