| 摘 要： | 五四宪法在21年的实践过程中,其实践效果始终没有得到真正有效的保障,更多的时候处于被搁置的状态,直至1975年被"七五宪法"所取代。制约五四宪法实践的因素既包括宪法自身的局限性,又包含客观条件与环境的影响。文章对这两方面制约性因素分别进行了分析。 |
