| 摘 要： | 科学发展观提供了认识“三农”问题的新视角与解决“三农”问题的新思路。用科学发展观审视“三农”问题,经济社会不均衡发展战略布局和“三农”不科学的事实发展是其根源;坚持以人为本的全面、协调、可持续发展是解决“三农”问题的原则指导;统筹城乡、统筹“三农”内部发展是解决“三农”问题的根本出路。

| Abstract: | The viewpoint of scientific development is the new angle of analyzing and solving the problem of agriculture,peasants farms and countryside,which is caused by the unbalanced strategy of economic and social development,by no scientific development in agriculture,peasants and countryside.Make people the center,reconcilable and sustainable development is a principle to resolve the APC problem.Orchestrating the development of city and country,the development of agriculture,farms and countryside,is the uctimate solution of the problem of agriculture,peasants and countryside. |
