| 摘 要： | 我国的家族企业具有旺盛的生命力,但平均寿命很短,迫切需要先进管理思想和方法的指导。本文拟从家族企业文化构建角度探讨家族企业可持续发展问题,在对家族企业文化的特性进行分析的基础之上提出:家族企业文化构建应树立长期培育的科学理念,优秀的家族企业文化应与企业多数员工职业生涯规划远景一致,家族企业文化构建应突出个性特征,家族企业文化构建应寻找与中国传统文化的契合点。

| Abstract: | The family enterprises in our country have an exuberant vitality but an average short life and urgently need a guidance of advanced managerial ideology and methology. The paper intends to probe into sustainable development problem of family enterprises from the point of view of family enterprise cultural establishment and based on the special feature analysis of family enterprise culture it points out:family enterprise culture establishment must adopt the scientific concept of long time cultivation,excellent family enterprise culture should be consistent with most staff's future career plan,family enterprise culture establishment should highlight individuality and family enterprise culture establishment should look for the joint point with Chinese traditional culture. |
