| 摘 要： | 大学生的道德需要是其思想品德结构的核心,是其道德积极性和创造性的内在源泉,在德育工作中我们应当重视他们道德需要的培养。大学生道德需要培养的途径大致有积极开展道德教育、优化德育环境、加强大学生的道德制度化建设、改变大学生的结构和条件、加强大学生自身的道德修养等。
