论转型时期大学生的公民意识教育

公民意识是现代文明社会的重要标志。在中国特色社会主义现代化转型的关键时期,提升大学生的公民意识水准,有助于带动整个社会公民意识的提高。鉴于公民意识不可能简单引进移入,传统文化缺乏公民教育资源,我国大学公民意识教育的长期空白,转型期中外新旧观念的强烈撞击;我们应加强大学生的公民性品格、全球化意识与权利责任教育。就现状而言,公民意识教育应紧抓责任感教育的重点,垒实法制教育的基础,建设公民教育体系,让公民意识成为学校德育的重要组成。

A Study of Education in College Students' Awareness of the Obligations of a Citizen in the Period of Transition

The awareness of the obligations of a citizen is an important mark of the modern civilized society.In the transition period of socialism with Chinese characteristics,enhancing college students' awareness of the obligations of a citizen will help promote that of the entire society.Therefore,we should conduct among college students education in the awareness of the obligations of a citizen with the sense of responsibility as a key point.We must lay the foundation of law education,establish the citizens' education system,and make the awareness of the obligations of a citizen become a significant component of moral education in the college.
