| 摘 要： | 随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大,研究生教育的质量成为当前高等教育中的一个热点问题。本文重点阐述了现阶段我国研究生培养过程中导师的重要作用,分析了导师责任制下研究生培养质量下降的原因,探究影响研究生培养质量的深层原因,并提出对策。

| Abstract: | As the enrollment scale of postgraduates has been expanding the quality of postgraduate education has become a hot spot in higher education.This paper discusses the important role of acadmic advisors in training postgraduates and analyzes the reasons for the falling of cultivation quality of postgraduates.It tries to find the cause to effect the quality and privides some suggestions for this problem. |
