| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业数量众多，不过，具有竞争力的是那些依靠科技进步和引入风险投资发展起来的中小型科技企业。实践中，风险投资多数属于中后期投资。通过运用SWOT等方法分析发现，风险投资可以进行前移、细化和分阶段运行，中小科技企业研发阶段可以引入风险投资。民间资本、国有大企业资金、外资及技术创新基金等多元化资本应当成为我国中小科技企业研发阶段进行风险投资的资金来源。

| Abstract: | There are many small and medium enterprises in China.Among them,the enterprises relying on science,technology and adventure investment are more competitive.In practice,adventure investment happens in the middle and later period of enterprise development.The article finds that adventure investment can be forwarded through the SWOT.These enterprises can introduce adventure investment in the stage of RD.The sources of adventure investment can be private capital,large state-owed enterprises＇ capital,foreign capital and technology innovation bonds. |
