| Abstract: | In this paper, the author mainly describe the function of profits in national emerging, development and struggle. He thinks that it is impossible to achieve a full understanding between people in culture and the conflicts among nationalities will probably last forever. So it is the coordination of the profits that can reduce the possibility of ethnical conflicts. |
