离婚：作为一种现象的社会学观察

离婚制度作为最基本的一项社会制度，发挥保障、补救和惩罚等重要作用，离婚更体现着追求生活质量、婚姻幸福的现代文明理念，同时离婚也带来一些社会问题。运用社会学的研究视角，从离婚率、社会制度、现代性和社会问题四个纬度对离婚现象进行分析，进而指出，离婚这一社会现象，在较大程度上担任社会危机的风向标和睛雨表角色，体现社会的发展阶段、社会的流动程度以及社会的重新整合与稳定。

Divorce： as a Sociological Phenomenon

The divorce institution can act as a kind of insurance, remediation and punishment, further more, divorce somewhat expresses a pursuit of high life quality and modern civilization. Meanwhile, divorce brings many social problems. In this way, this paper analyzes divorce in a sociological perspective from the divorce rate, social institution, modernity and social problem. It tries to point out： divorce is not only legally and individually, but also socially. It acts as role of social directions, represents social development, social mobility and social stabilization.
