| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济的发展决定了廉洁奉公是社会主义核心价值体系的集中体现。在建设社会主义核心价值体系的实践中，廉洁奉公是领导干部成为建设社会主义核心价值体系的示范者和导向者的保证．是社会主义核心价值体系与群众意识融合的纽带，是国内外各种社会思潮的过滤器。从这些角度来说，廉洁奉公是建设社会主义核心价值体系成败与否的关键。

| Abstract: | The development of socialist market economy determines that the integrity and fairness is a concentrated expression of socialist core value system. In the practice of building a socialist core value system, integrity and fairness is the guarantee to make sure leading cadres become the model and leader, the link between the socialist core value system and the masses sense and the filter of social thoughts at home and abroad. |
