| 摘 要： | 战后初期,美国"全球战略"的支撑点就构架在欧洲,"欧洲重心战略"成为战后美国外交政策的"重中之重".与此同时,"欧洲一体化"运动的趋势也在不断加强,美国不失时机,全力支持和推动欧洲一体化运动,以抗衡苏联,维护西方阵营.

| Abstract: | From the beginning of the postwar period on,the strong point of American"global security strategy" was established in Europe.Europe became the heart of the matter of the benefits of America's "global strategy",and of the matter of the foreign affairs;at the same time the European Integration Movement had been rising;America,grasped the moment,gave strong backing to the movement. In the course,America also gave supports to"Monnet-Schumann Plan" actively. |
