有效领导行为实证研究

摘    要:本研究以国有企业领导为研究对象,以有效领导行为为研究内容,采用组织绩效、员工的情感承诺和持续承诺为效标,考察领导行为的有效性。研究得出8种主要的领导行为,并根据各效标对领导行为的有效性进行了分析,研究发现在中国文化环境背景下,中国的有效领导行为表现出一些独特的特点。

Abstract:On the basis of the theory concerned,with the leaders in some state-owned enterprises as objectives,the paper focuses its research on the effective leadership behavior.The main effective predictors are organizational performance and the commitments of staff.It is found that there are 8 main factors of leadership behavior.Some of the behavior are effective according to their significant relation with the performance and commitment.It is also found that there are some special characters of effective Chinese leadership behavior because of the influence of the Chinese culture.
