Abstract:This paper aims to guide people to abandon prejudice,and try to understand and treat impartially and objectively relation between academic freedom and education of higher learning by explaining contrasting outcome resulted from various conditions in the course of academic freedom development.It' s hoped that harmonious education development atmosphere is created to push education of higher learning to a new height.
