| 摘 要： | 在银行面临的信用、操作、市场、法律等诸多风险中，市场风险是最重要的风险之一。在研究银行市场风险理论的基础上，分析中国商业银行市场风险管理现状，通过借鉴国外商业银行市场风险管理的经验，提出中国商业银行市场风险防范的建议。

| Abstract: | Among the risks which the banks face like credit,operation,market, law and so on,the market risk is one of the most important risks.The paper analyzed the present situation of market risk management in commercial banks of China on the base of studying on the bank market risk theory,and put forward the suggestions about prevention of market risk for commercial banks through learning from the experience of market risk management of the overseas commercial banks. |
