| 摘 要： | 文章论述了在研究生教育质量管理中引入ISO9000族标准的必要性和可行性,并参照ISO 9001:2000标准,从管理职责、资源管理、产品实现和测量、分析、改进四个方面建立了研究生教育质量管理体系,最后提出在实施质量管理体系的过程中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The author probes to discuss the necessity and usefulness of applying the IS09000 international standards to postgraduate education quality management.On the basis of the analyses,the paper,with reference to the ISO9001: 2000 quality management standards,deals with four aspects of postgraduate education quality management system: management obligation,resources management,production realization and the process concerning measurement,so as to build a postgraduate education quality management system.At last,the paper puts forward some idea,which should be paid enough attention to during the implementation of the system. |
