新生代农民工的身份认同困境探析——基于信任的视角 

信任作为重要的社会机制具有降低社会交易成本、维系社会秩序、增进身份认同与社会融合等功能。其中人际信任、组织信任与政治信任分别构成人们身份建构的基础、融入城市的社会资本与政治认同的基础。现代化所带来的社会流动加剧与社会利益分化,摧毁了传统社会信任结构。新生代农民工作为转型时期的新兴特殊群体也因此陷入了人际信任缺失、组织信任匮乏与政治信任低下的裂痕之中。当信任的裂痕没有及时得以修复,新的社会信任体系没有完全建立起来时,这就导致新生代农民工陷入身份建构与政治认同的困境。

An Analysis on the New Generation Migrant Workers＇ Self-identity Dilemma --Based on the Perspective of Trust

Trust works as an important social mechanism to reduce social transaction costs, maintain social order, and enhance self-identity and integration of society. Interpersonal trust, organizational trust and political trust constitute the foundation of identity construction, social capital and political identity. The increased social mobility and social interest differentiation destroyed the structure of traditional so- cial trust in modern society. New generation migrant worker is a special group in transition period which gets trapped in the lack of interpersonal trust, organizational trust and political trust. When the trust rift can ＇ t be repaired in time and new social trust system is not fully established, the new generation migrant workers fall into the predicament of the identity construction and political identification.
