人类命运共同体视阈中的中国意识形态国际话语权

意识形态是话语的思想内核和价值基石。中国的话语权，实质是中国主流意识形态话语权，因而研究和关注中国意识形态的国际话语权就是话语权研究的题中应有之义。面对该论题，需要超越“传播学研究范式”，以“实践学研究范式”优先，在立足于人类命运共同体的构建、以中国推进人类命运共同体建构的实践为抓手的基础上，进而达到提升中国意识形态国际话语权、展现主流意识形态魅力之目的，这是新时代中国意识形态国际话语权建设研究需要努力开拓的新视域。

International Discourse Power of Chinese Ideology from the Perspective of Human Community of Shared Future

Ideology is the core of thought and the foundation of value. Chinese ideology refers to Chinese mainstream ideological discourse power. Hence, the focus on the international discourse power of Chinese ideology is a must. It is necessary to go beyond the research paradigm of communication and give priority to practical paradigm of study. Based on the great practice of constructing human community of shared future, it is possible to enhance the international discourse power of Chinese ideology and show the charm of the mainstream ideology, which is the new dimension of constructing the international discourse power of Chinese ideology in the new era.
