| 摘 要： | 新中国成立六十年来,中欧关系经历了尝试接触、初步发展、起伏发展、稳步发展和成熟发展五个时期,逐渐形成了基于广泛共同利益的全面战略伙伴关系,中欧之间既有合作与共识,也存在着摩擦和分歧.中欧关系的发展历程呈现出务实性和长远性、经贸合作动力、政治关系的增进与巩固保障、价值观和意识形态差异影响、欧盟新成员国成为新兴变量、美国外部因素等诸多特点.也给我们留下了许多深刻的思考与启示.
