休闲农业资源评价指标体系构建的实证研究——以安徽省合肥市大圩镇为例

休闲农业资源是休闲农业的客体,具有农业和旅游业的双重属性,对此科学、客观的评价是利用和开发规划的依据.通过采用层次分析法,根据休闲农业资源特征特性,及影响该资源的因素,设计定量、定性指标,构建休闲农业资源评价体系.主要特征在于:构建了三大准则层,九个指标层,及二十八个指标要素层,并结合德尔菲法对指标赋予权重.具体到实证分析——对大圩镇的实证分析,评价出该地的大气质量、资源体验性、田园风情以及植物资源得分较高,但在购物条件、住宿条件以及服务态度等方面还有待进一步提升,并在此基础上给出相应的意见和建议.

An Empirical Study of the Construction of Evaluation Index System of Leisure Agricultural Resources,Taking Hefei Dawei Town of Anhui Province as an Example

Leisure agricultural resources is the object of leisure agriculture and it has dual attributes of agriculture and tourism, therefore the utilization, development and planning of the resources require scientific and objective evaluation. This paper is intended to design the quantitative and qualitative evaluation indexes, and construct an evaluation system through the Analytic Hierarchy Process and according to the features and characteristics of leisure agricultural resources, as well as some elements which influence the resources. The main feature of this system lies in the establishment of three criteria, nine indexes and twenty eight elements, with different indexes weighted differently by the Delphi Method. When the system was applied to evaluate the leisure agricultural resources in Dawei Town of Hefei, the results of such empirical study reveal that local resources of the town gets high scores in the aspects of atmospheric quality, experience of resources, rurality and botanic resources. However, shopping environment, accommodation conditions, serving attitude and some other aspects, need to be further improved. Based on these findings, some suggestions were also put forward in the paper.
