论"知识贫困"

知识资源是贫困地区最稀缺的资源,也是其发展的最大制约因素,如今,知识贫困问题已成为制约我国进一步发展的重要障碍之一,也是我们构建和谐社会必须跨越的一道鸿沟.改革开放以来,我国的知识贫困状况有了很大的改善,但仍有大量的人口处于知识贫困状态,而且知识贫困存在严重的地区差异、城乡差异和性别差异.针对我国知识贫困的现状,必须在构建和谐社会的大框架下,从知识贫困的涵义和特点出发,提出解决知识贫困的策略.

On the Problem of Knowledge Poverty

The resource of knowledge is what the poor region lacks most, and it is the biggest hindrance of its development. At present, the problem of knowledge poverty has become one of the hindrances of further development of our country. It is a gap that we must leap over in order to construct a harmonious society. Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the state of knowledge poverty has been improved a lot. But there is still large amount of people living in a state of knowledge poverty. And great differences exist among different areas, sexes, cities and countries. To solve this problem, we must be more aware of its seriousness, have strategic thinking if it, and make some strategies of supplying this group of people with knowledge. We should have a mode of combining the soft-condition with hard-condition to promote the step of helping them.
