摘 要: | 优秀的企业文化是成功的人力资源开发管理的重要依据:新的价值理念是人力资源开发管理的基础;而文化也始终贯穿于人力资源开发管理的全过程。在我国民营企业中,企业文化同样对人力资源的开发管理起着重要作用,以温州民营企业的发展为例就充分说明了这一点。

Abstract: | Excellent enterprise culture can lead to successful human resources development and management, new notion of value is its basis, and culture is the core in its process. In China's private enterprises, enterprise culture plays an important role in human resources development and management, which is illustrated by the example of private enterprises development in Wenzhou. |
