| 摘 要： | 本文在论述了人格的涵义及健康人格的特征的基础上，针对大学生的人格特点，提出了高等学校积极培养大学生的健康人格的措施：即提高大学生政治素质和人生修养；创立二十一世纪中国高等学校的校园文化；组织大学生积极参加社会实践活动；提高大学生的人际交往能力．
