提高学术期刊整体水平的几点设想

目前 ,我国学术期刊的整体水平已落后于科技事业的发展。表现在 :选题策划不到位 ;缺乏创新性 ,低水平重复稿件较多 ;出版周期长 ;发行渠道单一。为使学术期刊充分发挥传播学术成果的作用 ,与我国科技事业的发展并驾齐驱 ,应强化质量意识 ,加大创新力度 ;优化期刊资源 ;缩短出版周期 ;建立健全发行网络 ;推进期刊的国际化进程。同时 ,加强学术道德建设。

Several Tentative Ideas on How to Improve the Overall Level of Academic Periodicals

At present, the overall level of academic periodicals in our country has fallen behind the process of scientific and technological cause, which is manifested in the following aspects: the insufficient design for theme of paper, the lack of creativity and many inferior contributions, the long publication cycle, the single distribution channel. To bring into full play the periodical function of disseminating academic achievements and keep up with the development of scientific and technological cause, we should strengthen the awareness of qualities, enhance innovating works, optimize periodical resources, shorten publication cycle, set up and improve the national distribution network, propel the internationalizing course of periodicals, and foster the morals progress on academy.
