摘    要:物流是电子商务基础性的重要组成部分,优化的供应链是电子商务具有强势竞争力的关键因素.由于目前中国许多物流企业受一些传统观念的束缚,对两者之间的关系没有一个明确的认识,导致双方都不能高效地实现自己的功能.要实现我国电子商务物流体系的合理化和规范化,将物流企业融入电子商务的发展目标,必须完善我国电子商务企业的物流配送体系,建设具有一定规模的物流中心或配送中心以强有力的支撑电子商务的运作.同时应增强政府、高校、企业之间的密切合作,改变计划经济时代遗存的与物流相关的各业务部门分割状态,积极开发、应用新技术,加速我国物流社会化的进程.

Abstract:Logistics as a foundational factor of E-Commerce and as an optimal supply chain is the key to making EC highly competative. However,people are restricted by the traditional mind and do not have a clear definition of logistic or EC, so that nether of them could perform efficiently. It is necessary to consummate the distribution system in EC enterprises,rebuild the traditional warehouse especially in respect of storage and transfer, and construct a sizeable logistic (distribution) center in order to support the operation of EC strongly. So we need to program a strategy of development for E-Commerce and at the same time reinforce the cooperation among the government, universities and enterprises to establish a well-developed logistics network,and raise potentially the Chinese logistics level on the whole.
