| 摘 要： | 学校职业价值观教育是职业指导的重要组成部分,旨在培养学生职业价值评价与职业价值选择的能力.国家宏观政策的制定、学校职业指导体系的逐步构建、职业指导者素质的提高与高职生择业观念的逐渐转变,为高职院校进行职业价值观教育创造了诸多实践的条件.职业价值观教育既可以贯穿在显性的课堂教学与实践活动中进行,也可以渗透在隐性的校园文化中进行. |
