摘    要:金岳霖对知识论的态度与元学的态度、名言之域与非名言之域的区分,把知识与智慧割裂开来,为了避免金岳霖在理论上的弊端,冯契提出了以转识成智为核心的智慧学说。他通过理性的直觉、辩证的综合与德性的自证,从理论上实现了由知识到智慧的超越。但由于其立足于实证主义的立场,从经验角度来处理知识与智慧的关系,从而也导致了诸多理论上的弊端,使其由知识到智慧的超越缺乏必然性与普遍性的理论保证,未能真正打通由知识通往智慧的道路。

Abstract:When distinguishing between the epistemological attitude and the metaphysical attitude, and between the fields that can be described with words and that beyond description of words, Jin Yuelin separated the knowledge and wisdom. In order to avoid Mr Jin's defects in the theory, Feng Qi proposed his theory of wisdom with its core of transforming knowledge into wisdom. He realized the theoretical transcendence from knowledge to wisdom by the theory of Rational Intuition, Dialectical Synthesis and Self-verification of Morality. But his theory also led to some theoretical shortcomings owing to his standpoint of positivism in dealing with the relationship between knowledge and wisdom. He could not get though the road from knowledge to wisdom, because his theoretical transcendence from knowledge to wisdom lacks necessity and generality.
