成都流动人口的文化认同与社会适应性研究

近年来，流动人口相关研究是我国学术研究的热点，但现有研究成果多为宏观研究，且理论支持不够。在继续社会化、城市化和同化等理论基础上，针对成都流动人口的文化认同及社会适应性，通过问卷调查及实地访谈，可得出如下结论：成都市流动人口文化认同感较强，社区活动主动参与性很低；社会适应性较强，满意度较差等。因此，各级政府应以社区活动为交流平台，提高流动人口的文化参与度；规范就业市场秩序，维护流动人口权益；增强就业培训的针对性与有效性，健全社会保障制度；加快城乡一体化建设，缓解城市流动人口压力等。

The Study of Chengdu Floating Population's Cultural Identification and Social Adaptability

In recent years, research on floating population becomes a hot academic issue. But present research results mainly focus on micro aspects and lack sufficient theoretical support. Based on continual socialization, urbanization, and assimilation and other theories, questionnaires and interviews with the floating people in Chengdu, we have the following conclusions： floating people in Chengdu have high social adaptability and cultural identification, but low degree of participation in community activities and social satisfaction. So governments of various levels should enhance their cultural participation by taking community activities as communication platform, protect their interests through regulating the employment market order, strengthen the effectiveness of employment training, improve social security system, speed up the integration of urban and rural areas to alleviate urban pressure caused by floating population.
