湘西传统苗族鼓舞的传承方式及其发展

湘西地区传统的苗族鼓舞是优秀的舞蹈艺术形式，也是民族传统体育的运动形式，具有丰富的文化内涵和多元的价值。其近代传承方式从简单、直线的师徒式传承、家族式传承逐渐转变为学校教育传承、社区体育传承、民族舞蹈传承和村落民俗传承的复杂、辐射式传承。这一改变在参与数量上、形式上让苗族鼓舞的传承与发展呈现出百花齐放的繁荣，却同时遭遇技艺多而不精、传而无力承的尴尬局面，从而使苗族鼓舞的传承与发展进入一个前所未有的既是挑战，也是机遇的新时期。
