| Abstract: | Comprehensive analysis to current situations of Chinas enterprise culture construction, indicates that Chinas enterprise culture construction will have a tremendous challenge, and that there are differences between Chinas enterprises and foreign enterprises in the consciousness, means and strategies of enterprise culture construction when China can join WTO. This paper proposes detailed countermeasures that China enterprise may undertake. |
