| 摘 要： | 英国政治现代化的成功，突出表现在自中世纪后期英国贵族体制衰落后政治制度的继承性上。英国从中世纪的宪政制度中吸收了政权关系方面和议会民主制的积极因素，建立、巩固了社会上层人物共同行使国家权力、制约王权的议会制度和有限专制君主制。这也导致了乡绅的崛起和爵位的膨胀——新贵族势力的扩大；在工业化时代贵族势力的渗透和贵族精神的延续，使英国成为农业革命和工业革命的先驱。

| Abstract: | The British political modernization success prominently attributed to the political system succession since the fading of aristocratic system in post medieval time. Britain absorbed the positive factors concerning the relationship between politics and power from constitutional system and parliamentary democracy system, consolidating jointed enforcement of the national power and limitation of royal power by elite of the nation. This also led to the rise of squire, expansion of peerage, penetration of aristocratic power and aristocratic spirit continuation, making Britain the pioneer of agricultural as well as industrial revolution. |
