| 摘 要： | 国以民为本，民以食为天。面对我国食品安全监管的现实，充分调动和整合现有一切社会资源，积极引入第三方力量参与食品监管，对于完善我国的食品安全监管体系具有重要价值。本文在明确我国第三方食品安全监管现状的基础上，探讨第三方在参与食品监管中存在的主要问题及应对策略。

| Abstract: | The nation is people - oriented and food is the paramount necessity of the people. Considering food safety supervision in China and in order to improve our food safety regulatory system, it is of great value to fully mobilize and integrate all of the ex- isting social resources, and to actively involve third - party forces in taking part in the food supervision. In terms of the present third - party food safety supervision in our country, the article analyzes the problems of third parties participating in food supervi- sion and it proposes some coping strategies. |
