| 摘 要： | 有学者认为,保险合同具有:1)保险合同目的的保障性;2)保险合同客体的独特性;3)保险合同对价的悬殊性;4)当事人履行义务的不同时性等特征。本文除对1)表示基本同意外,对其他几个特征则表示异议。

| Abstract: | Some scholars think that insurance contract has the following characteristics as:1)the indemnificatory of its intent;2)the speciality of its object;3)the great disparity of its considerations;4)the asynchronism of the parties' obligation-performing.However,I disagree with the opinions above except for the first one. |
