| 摘 要： | 政治稳定性与政治正当性是罗尔斯后期政治哲学关注的重点,二者分别与重叠共识和公共理性观念相关。一方面稳定性不同于正当性,稳定性关注政治正义观念如何被持有不同理性学说的人们所接受;后者关注公民政治权力运用的基础。但二者之间又有密切联系,罗尔斯的稳定性是基于正当理由的稳定性,基于正当理由的稳定性证明也是公共的正当性证明,公共正当性证明又是政治正当性满足的条件。
