| 摘 要： | 执政道德可以从立党之道与为政之德两个方面来理解。道不同于德,立党之"道"就是政党追求的一种根本性价值目标、理念。任何政党都有自己所求之"道",惟"道"之具体形式不同。为政之"德"则是政党理念的现实化,即一个政党如何实现良好的治理。中西方社会政党都面临着相似的问题,都经历了一个世俗化、理性化的过程。它们在治理方式上有相互学习与借鉴的地方。

| Abstract: | Ruling morals can be understood as two aspects: doctrine of building party and virtue of politics.The doctrine of building party is the fundamental value objective、principle pursed by a party.Every party has its own doctrine which takes various specific forms.Virtue of politics is the actualization of party principle which means a party how to achieve good governance.Chinese and western social parties are facing similar problems,and has experienced a secular and rationalizative process.Both can learn from each other in governance mode. |
